Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:

  • To manage project reviewing, construction plans and preparing quantity requirements comes with project proposal for management

  • Liaising with site personal, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.

  • Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents

  • Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required

  • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders

  • Traveling from the office to various sites as required

  • Assist in billing administrative process, delivery order and invoice processing handling

  • Ensure system compliance with ISO standard

  • Support project manager in documentation

    Requirement

  • Diploma in quantity surveying or 3 years minimum experience in related field

  • Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.

  • A valid driver's license.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
