Assist in daily Admin operations.- Maintain up-to-date administrative documents, records and databases.
Prepare Admin letters, forms and related materials.
- Performs administrative duties, including office maintenance, etc.
Manage office supplies, stationery, order and replenish stocks as needed.- Ensure timely renewal of company licensing and insurance.
Process employee claims.
- Assist in organizing company events and activities.
* Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
