Job Description

Assist in daily Admin operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date administrative documents, records and databases.
Prepare Admin letters, forms and related materials.
  • Performs administrative duties, including office maintenance, etc.
Manage office supplies, stationery, order and replenish stocks as needed.
  • Ensure timely renewal of company licensing and insurance.
Process employee claims.
  • Assist in organizing company events and activities.
* Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM2,500.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
