Main purpose To carry out duties of the school Administration Team in the coordination, administration, and management of any assigned school's activities and programs in addition to the day-to-day operations of the school.
- Roles and responsibilities
Completion of relief.
- Updating of Teachers timetable.
Completion of administrative tasks (testimonial, leaving cert, translated script, pentaksiran berasaskan sekolah cert. and etc).- Completion of academic tasks (PAJSK, SPM analysis, psychometric marks, timetable, school field trip permit)
Monitor recording of teachers attendance and generate weekly reports.
- Update staff attendance for dissemination of information and submission of leave application for SLTs.
Mass communication with parents (newsletters, weekly bulletins).- Correspondences with parents and external parties on school matters.
Record and organise external academic certificates.
- Managing ticket in Solarwind, request by parents or other staff.
Coordinate work with other business support departments.- Responsible for purchase requisition and procurement needs, liaison with Finance on RF, CA, CF approval.
Dispensing of teaching resources and stationery.
- Monitor stock count and replenishment of office stationeries.
Handle administrative work to assist staff, students and parents.- Assist in distribution of refreshment for events and supplies for staff pantry.
Assist with arrangements for events such as Orientation, Teachers Day, 3-Way Conference, MoE events in school, external school visits (Oyama) etc.
