We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant with marketing experience to join our team at a rapidly growing drone retailer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and an interest in marketing and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including billing and invoicing, stock management, and organizing files and documents
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and events- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures and product information sheets
Help manage the company's social media accounts
- Provide support for trade shows and other events
Help with customer service and sales support
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
Marketing experience, including knowledge of marketing techniques and tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proficient in AutoCount a plus
- Experience in social media marketing, and email marketing a plus
Passion for drones and technology is a plus
