Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain training records, databases, and files.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
Issue certificates to participants and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor and record staff attendance.
  • 2. Training Preparation:
Respond to inquiries from participants regarding training programs.
  • Coordinate with trainers and participants to ensure smooth program delivery.
Arrange training schedules, venues, equipment, and materials.
  • 3. Financial Administration:
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Manage inventory of training materials and office supplies.
  • REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma in any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Good communication & writing in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to commute to Bandar Seri Putra, Kajang (Exit 213 Bukit Mahkota).
Short notice period or able to start immediately is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
