KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and maintain training records, databases, and files.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
Issue certificates to participants and maintain accurate records.- Monitor and record staff attendance.
Respond to inquiries from participants regarding training programs.- Coordinate with trainers and participants to ensure smooth program delivery.
Arrange training schedules, venues, equipment, and materials.
- 3. Financial Administration:
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Manage inventory of training materials and office supplies.
Minimum Diploma in any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Good communication & writing in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Able to commute to Bandar Seri Putra, Kajang (Exit 213 Bukit Mahkota).
Short notice period or able to start immediately is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
