Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage daily office operations and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
  • Handle communication with clients and vendors, including managing inquiries and scheduling appointments.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Education Requirement: SPM / Diploma / Bachelor Degree
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
