  • Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and efficient Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as they will be responsible for handling various clerical tasks, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Work closely with other team members, the Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in maintaining effective communication and facilitating the efficient functioning of the company.

  • Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies/building maintenance
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
Prepare and distribute correspondence
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
  • Coordinating special events, projects, and company functions;
Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders;
  • Handling sensitive information confidentially, such as carrying out background research (company search, etc) and presenting findings.
Providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operation.
  • Monitors departmental expenditures on office supplies and equipment, ensuring each department stays within the budget.
Arrange appointments with government agency officers as required by management.
  • Qualifications:
Diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM3,000.00 per month
