Job Description
- Provide front desk reception duties includes handling of all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner.- Collect, receive, and distribute all incoming mails and courier items.
Meeting room arrangement.
- Maintain tidiness of the reception area.
Maintain and upkeep of office facilities, and office housekeeping.- Liaising with suppliers such as printing, company uniforms, and stationery etc.
To order and arrange of corporate meal.
- Liaise with suppliers and order of drinking water.
Ensure and maintain cleanliness of the pantry.- Arranging for office supplier service.
Liaise with Menara Perak building management.
- To order and stock up of pantry item.
To supervise cleaner on office cleaning.- To undertake all other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements: 2 years of administration of related experience.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia
Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.- Sufficient knowledge in MS Office - Word, Excel & Outlook.
A self-starter, fast learner and hardworking who is able to work independently as well as a team.
- Able to start work immediately.
Position is available at Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur (Menara Perak).
- Operation hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
