Job Description

INTERN ADMIN ASSISTANT
  • Responsibilities
To provide support the smooth running of offices by carrying out clerical tasks and projects.
  • To assist in Human Resource duties.
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • To assist in updating the files for contract basis customers.
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and maintain a filing system
  • Assist in the preparation of delivery schedules for contract basis customer.
Liaise with executives to handle requests and queries from managers and directors.
  • Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Business Administration/Management or equivalent or related field.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Able to multi-task and work in matrix organization reporting structure, with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English language.
Mature, responsible, and hard-working with a pleasant personality.
  • Independent, meticulous, and able to maintain high professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Professional handling of confidential and sensitive materials/assignments professionally
  • Resourceful and well-organize.
Able to work from Monday to Friday (
  • 00 am to 5.00 pm and Saturday (9.00 am to 1.00 pm)
  • Minimum internship period of 3 months

Job Types: Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 - 6 months

Pay: RM750.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
