This position provides essential support to the organization by handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for the ICL department. This role involves managing communications, organizing documents, assisting with event logistics, and promoting activities via social media, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.
- To assist in administrative duties such as document compilation & filing, for reporting and audit purposes.
- To handle backend email inquiries, registration and payment details for all CPD events.
- To host ICL online & hybrid CPD events & conferences.
- To assist logistics matters pertaining to ICL events, both online and face to face.
- To promote events via social media
Job Types: Temporary, Contract

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
