Job Descriptions:- Managing the managers calendar, scheduling meetings, and appointments.
Handling correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.- Managing incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the manager.
Tracking project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Ensuring timely and effective communication within the organization.
Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
