Job Description

Job Descriptions:
  • Managing the managers calendar, scheduling meetings, and appointments.
Handling correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the manager.
Tracking project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Ensuring timely and effective communication within the organization.
Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Job Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Diploma or Equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Fresh Graduates are welcoming to apply for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
