Job Description

Job scope:
  • Liaising with local and overseas vendors in arranging a smooth delivery process.
Ordering of shop supplies and following up with suppliers regarding any quality issues.
  • Coordinate vendors to ensure that shop repairs and maintenances are done on a timely basis.
Coordinating of new shop openings with various suppliers and departments.
  • Assisting in documentation.


  • Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline,
  • Interest in japanese
Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Benefits:
10 days annual leave (yearly increment)
  • Transport allowance
Overtime allowance
  • Insurance (after probation)


  • Working hours:
10am to 7pm
  • Fixed off on Wednesday (HQ's fixed close day)
8 10 off days a month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,
  • 00 - RM5,500.00 per month
