  • Job Responsibilities:
Process data for all medical claims requests received as per stipulated requirements.
Perform manual data checking, verification and correction for hospital bills as needed.Ensure data is accurate and liaise with relevant parties to rectify incorrect data to maintain data quality.
  • Ensure meeting individual quality, turnaround time and productivity benchmark.
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements.
  • Report, extract, collate and populate data to reporting template.


  • Requirements:


Diploma or Degree in any field or equivalent qualifications
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
Ability to read and write Chinese to support Hong Kong, China & Macau regions
  • Self-motivated and customer orientated.
Good time management skills.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
Good dedication at work, good demeanor and willing to learn.
  • Able to adapt to office desk working environment & able to work overtime beyond normal office hour (including weekend & public holiday) during peak periods.
The role is required to follow Hong Kong working calendar.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,900.00 per month
