Job Responsibility
- Provide a full range of secretarial, clerical and administrative support to sales team.
- Compile, collect and check documents according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
- Process and track reports, legal work and etc
- Record and monitor deadlines
- Update status and tracking reports to immediate superior.
- Collect and retrieve information from files as needed.
- Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy.
- Process and distribute documents effectively.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our sales managers and employees, assisting in and managing our companys sales administrative activities.

- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O Level in any field.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- No work experience required.
- Required Skill(s): Computer skill, Communication skill.
