Coordinating with Clients, Companies Commission of Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, and Securities Commission on company secretarial matters.
Maintain and update statutory books and records in compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and relevant regulations.
Maintain an efficient filing system for easy access and recordkeeping.
Handle internal and external correspondence, ensuring timely logging, distribution, and follow-up.
Perform other tasks assigned to support the Secretarial Department and organizational objectives.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Administration, or a relevant field.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
Demonstrates leadership qualities and the ability to motivate team members.
Meticulous, independent, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Ability to render relevant corporate secretarial support to clients and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with basic office software.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior positions.
