Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

To provide administrative and training supports.

To schedule, organise, and monitor training programs onsite or online.

To coordinate with trainers and participants for training preparation and arrangements.

To manage and maintain students database.

To prepare and deliver program reports in a timely manner.

To prepare documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, emails etc.

To assist with document control and management

To manage all operational issues.

To perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Single female candidate is preferred.

Residing in Seri Kembangan or neighboring areas.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any area of studies.

Minimum 1 year of experience working in a similar role in a related industry is an advantage.

Computer literate in all major software. (Incl. MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

Ability to communicate with people of all levels of management comfortably and concisely.
  • ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:

Annual and medical leave shall be in accordance with the prevailing Labour Law

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM2,000.00 per month
