Efficiently handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, checking payment records, stock delivery status, complaint stock issue and reconciliation of received payments.
Utilize WeChat and other communication tools to facilitate effective internal and external communication.
Assist in drafting and proofreading business correspondences.
Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
Maintain organised schedules to optimise time management.
Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
Issue Purchase Order and collect Delivery Order and Invoice with Supplier.
Manage company business license, and make sure to renew on time, this includes liaising with Bomba and Vendor to get approval for Bomba certificate and do final inspection of property renovation, restoration and maintenance.
Demonstrate proficiency in common office software for various tasks, including spreadsheet management and document creation.
