-Responsible for communicating with clients on various administrative purposes.

-Prepare Invoice, Delivery Order & sales document to salesperson and customer.

-Maintain and update with factory manager

-Responsible to deal with internal department such as Account department, IT department and HR department.

-Responsible to communicate with supplier for delivery to factory.
