Responsibilities:
To handle requests and general queries from international (China) students.
To provide administrative & coordinating support on the matters pertaining to document compilation, organising meetings and events, drafting correspondences, tracking the arrivals of international students etc.
To coordinate with relevant departments on the matters relating to students visa process, submission, checking on the status of students English placement test, and students registration submission.
To prepare monthly progress report on the activities conducted by International Marketing Department.
To process the invoices from agents and other external parties.
Requirements:
Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
Minimum 2 years experience in administrative/ secretarial role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge and exposure in the education industry will be an added advantage.
Candidates with practical/ related experience will have an added advantage.
