Job Summary:We are secretarial management firm based in Q Sentral, KL Sentral seeking anenergetic and capable Administrative Executive to assist us with office administration.
In this role, you will be responsible for processing documents, maintaining databases updating documents required under Malaysian Companies Act
- To ensure success as an Administrative Executive, you should possess excellent communication skills and proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
The Administrative Executive performs a variety of clerical, record keeping data entry via secretarial software to assist with the smooth administration & operation of the organization.
- Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Greets and directs clients and visitors.
Answers phone calls and emails.
Performs data entry and filing tasks for documents relates to Malaysian Companies Act 2016. Receives, records, and distributes packages and mail.
Copies, collates, and otherwise prepares reports for mailings, meetings, and other correspondence.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to greet visitors, clients, and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Basic understanding of office equipment.
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as record keeping and filing.
Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems.
Ability to organize and prioritize work.
Assisting the Head of Department in managing business related activities. Attend to all secretarial duties, administrative and confidential matters assigned by the Superior.
Coordinate between respective Head of Departments in the development on completion of projects/assignments.
To draft and prepare letters, general replies to internal and external parties.
Maintain strict confidential and interact professionally with all levels of personnel, clients, and business partners.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in related field.
At least 1 to 2 years of working experience.
Good command in English (written & spoken), Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking is added advantage.
Familiar with Microsoft Office application i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point.
Able to work independently, self-motivated, handle multiple assignments and good with time management.
High level of integrity and able to always maintain confidentially.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
