- Input import shipment details in Import Container Status file.
- Apply marine insurance for all import shipments.
- Process and courier shipping documents to forwarder.
- Process and save shipping documents and COA in fileserver.
- Follow up K1 with forwarder for all import shipments.
- Input Goods Receipt Purchase Order (GRPO) and K1 information for payment purpose.
- Any other task assigned by superior.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS :
SPM & above.
- Computer literate especially in Microsoft Excel.
Good communication in English & Bahasa Melayu.- Can work independently and details orientated.
Can start work immediately.
