To perform day to day general administrative tasks
Prepare and organize company invoices accurately, and handle the submission of necessary documentation to the bank in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
Handle clients inquiries and provide assistance
Monitor documents despatch and received
Recording documents flow and filing
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess at least Primary School/Secondary School/SPM/O Level
Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Language required: Bahasa Malaysia
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
