Perform a variety of secretarial and administrative tasks in support of the general day-to-day administrative, clerical and operational tasks related to the successful management of the company.
Daily administrative support, such as processing documents, data entry, sending and receiving emails, scheduling meetings, communication with stakeholders etc.
File and data management, such as file backup, data collection and organization, document control, confidentiality management, etc.
Assist superiors in completing daily administrative tasks, ensuring the efficient operation of the company, and providing necessary support to other departments.
Support sales staff from the back end on company delivery services in a timely manner via phone call & email.
Handle customer inquiries and administrative tasks with both internal and external parties.
Manage office supplies, billing, and warehouse operations.
Observe and comply with all regulations and directions made by the Company and use your best ability and endeavor to protect the reputation and interest of the Company.
Investigate if the delivery teams break the rule and/or do not follow instructions.
Final check completed orders, sorting and filter out all DO and invoices, pass to HOD.
Prepare the needed documents, petrol card and cash for the outstation trip 1 day before travelling.
Monitor warehouse team standby goods before 3PL reach our warehouse.
Conduct random check if found out the picking list cannot fulfill the order.
Manage ad-hoc projects/ duties/ task as assigned from time to time.
