Job Description

Job Responsibility

·To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications;.

·To monitor and update tender register list.

·To assist in tender preparation according to tender requirement.

·Update and revise department procedure & documentation.

·To established and update the procedure related to the ISO department.

·To assist in procuring the item for the costing preparation;

·To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc. and in line with customers tender requirements.

·To write an official letter to our customers.

·Prepare quotation.

·Responsible for filling, data entry documentation and organize office.

·Responsible for performing general administration tasks

Job Requirements

  • Open for Women Only.
  • Diploma holder in business/marketing/admin or any relevant fields.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Can manage work on their own.
  • Can take orders and execute task given.
  • Professionalisme at work and in attire.
  • Good speaking and writing skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Salary will be based on working experience.(Tender E perolehan jobs).
