Job Description

Administrative Duties:

  • Clerical Tasks:

    Managing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

    Scheduling appointments and meetings.

    Maintaining and organizing files and records.

    Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.

    2. Office Management:

    Ordering and maintaining office supplies.

    Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.

    Assisting with the management of office budgets and expenses.

    3. Communication:

    Acting as a liaison between different departments or teams.

    Handling internal and external communications effectively.

    4. Support to Executives:

    Assisting executives with their daily schedules and tasks.

    Handling travel arrangements and itineraries.

    Managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

    Technical Support Duties:



    1. IT Support:

    Providing first-level technical support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

    Assisting in the setup and maintenance of office IT infrastructure (computers, printers, network equipment).

    2. System Administration:

    Helping to manage user accounts and access permissions.

    Assisting with the installation, configuration, and updates of software applications.

    Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

    3. Data Management:

    Assisting with data entry, database management, and data analysis.

    Ensuring data security and integrity by following best practices and company policies.

    4. Training and Support:

    Providing training to staff on new software and technology tools.

    Creating and maintaining user manuals and documentation for IT processes and procedures.

    5. Project Assistance:

    Supporting technical projects by providing administrative and technical assistance.

    Coordinating with vendors and service providers for IT-related purchases and services.

    Additional Responsibilities:



    Staying updated with the latest technology trends and advancements relevant to the job.

    Continuously improving administrative and technical skills through training and professional development.

    This combined role requires a versatile individual with both strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of technical systems.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
