- To handle inbound customer inquiries via call, email, and other communication channel
- Prepare Invoice and organize or maintain records of account receivables.
- Compiling data from invoices for accounting purposes.
- Key-in sales data by electronically using a computer system.
- Assist in account reconciliation.
- Assist to preparing reports on accounts receivable balances, collections activity, and customer payment history.
- Communicate with customer and sales team on order related matters.
- Work hand-in-hand with other department on invoicing matters.
- Perform any other related tasks as and when required.

- Required minimum SPM or equivalents.
- Experience in Food Manufacturing would be an advantage. Fresh graduates also are encouraged to apply.
- Able to communicate in Malay and English. Mandarin speaking will be an additional advantage.
- Highly self-motivated, positive, and outgoing personality
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
