Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Update daily sales report
  • To achieve sales target set by the Management
  • Ad-hoc tasks as requested by the supervisor
  • Reply leads through social media platform
  • Engaging and communicate with customer about the product
  • Maintain a harmonious relationship with current customer
  • Identify, approach and educate new customer and closed potential deals
  • Follow up with potential customer
  • To provide information and solutions on products and services to increase the overall satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • Must possess at least a Certificates/ Vocational / Diploma in any fields
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in Online Sales & Marketing or any related fields
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Knowledge in various social media platforms
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal
  • Pleasant personality, self-motivated and a good team player
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to meet tight deadlines
  • Fresh graduates who are willing to learn are encouraged to apply
  • Candidates must be willing to work in Jalan Genting Klang, Kuala Lumpur
