Supports daily administrative function with Marketing team and Agents on sales closures.- Follow up with relevant parties such as Solicitors, SUK, PTG, KPKT and etc on submission and attaining approval.
Follow up and coordinate with Banks for Financing application and Buyer's loan application.
- Record Defect(s) and coordinate on the progress.
Requirements:
- SPM/STPM/Certificate or equivalent
Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa- At least 1year experience in administrative
