Executing administration works.
Assist in sourcing quotations from suppliers and follow up; communication/liaison to get the resources;
Prepare and submit quotation to our customer/key account;
Assist in researching and preparing for documents commercial/technical to customer;
Prepare drawing for customer;
Prepare invoice, delivery order, packing list to customer;
Follow up status product with supplier;
Make arrangement for transportation and other logistics for delivery to customers;
Follow up payment to our suppliers and collect from customers;
Filling & keeping record of all documents;
Assist sales person on preparation drawing and documents;
Any other duties assigned by the Management.
