Job Description

Working Location: Sungai Besi (Access by MRT)
  • Working Days & Working Hour: Monday - Friday; 9am - 6pm
  • Job Description:
Responsible of administrative and secretarial functions supporting the department.
  • Dealing with email inquiries & data entry.
Manage office assets and office facilities control.
  • Compile and ensure all invoice/billing pass to account department on time.
Organize and maintain files or documents records.
  • General office management such as ordering stationaries.
Arranging both internal and external events.
  • In charge of mailing/courier services, any office related application.
Attend any incoming & outgoing call as well as visitors.
  • To perform any ad-hoc task by the Management from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM5,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday


Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Administrative: 2 years (Preferred)

Facilities maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
* Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
