POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
Assist the Duty Officer in the monitoring of the Terminal operations to ensure compliance with all related documents
Essential Position Functions
- Conduct terminal inspection and ensure all facilities, such as people movers, lighting, infrastructure, passenger movement, toilets, passengers queue at critical checkpoints such as CIC, security screening, immigration counters, departure hall, and queuing at gates, swing gates, etc. are in good condition.
- Upon any defect or faulty occurring, to coordinate with relevant agencies to overcome. Handle any incident that occurs at the terminal, such as passengers fainting or a medical case.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness in the terminal building and ensure cleaning contractor follows the contract
- Manage and monitor ACSPP contracts and plan for improvement. Collaboration with Subang Skypark on especially terminal ambiance, toilet cleanliness, etc.
- Compile data; evaluation and action plan of service level at all airports
- Activate and manage Terminal Emergency Centre (TEC) during activation of Aerodrome Emergency Plans (AEP).
- Conduct service efficiency survey, stakeholder survey and etc. in terminal
- Report any incident/accident to Head of Operations immediately
- Perform other related works as directed by Airport Senior Manager/ Head of Operations.

- To handle and resolve all customer's complaint
- To coordinate with other units to ensure all facilities provided are in good working condition
Skills
- Good in interpersonal & communication skills
- Customer service oriented with pleasant personality
- Good in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia
and English
Education
EXTERNAL
- MCE / SPM or equivalent with Credit in Bahasa, Pass in English and Mathematics
