DOCUMENTATION Checks and endorse all outbound documents after loading and unloading activities before releasing of vehicle from the warehouse and ensure that these completed document are sent back to the inventory management section.
Assist the Supervisor for ensuring adequate resources (e.g. manpower, material handling equipment, pallets, storage space etc.) to meet the daily transaction requirement so that daily operation can be executed efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction.
- WAREHOUSING FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT
To ensure the up-keep of the warehouse assets (e.g. material handling equipment, racking, buildings, etc.) according to the schedule and to provide immediate feedback to the superior on any corrective measure that need to be taken on these assets so that daily operation is smooth.
- PREPARATION OF MANAGEMENT REPORTS
Assist in preparing of all damage reports and discrepancy reports for all incidences (e.g. product damages, accidence etc.) that occur in the warehouse timely and accurately according to the Standard Operating Policies and Procedures (SOPP) and to take the necessary counter measure to ensure that the incidence will not happen again.
Responsible to keep the warehouse and stock or goods in a safe and cleanliness conditions so that housekeeping will be carried out effectively.
- BASIC ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTION
Ensure file and safekeeping all files, documents, circulars, letters, customer instruction, licenses and other administrative document according to the prescribed filing methods for easy future reference.
RECORD AND FILLING
Responsible to organize files, maintain and update the filling system for easy retrieval of information at all times and a proper checklist is maintained to avoid dispute.
- NETWORKING/RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
Develop and maintain a healthy relationship with customers, relevant authorities and vendors, amongst Swift Group of companies to gather information, facilitate operational efficiency, retain customers support and synergies the groups integrated business activities.
Attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills for personal development which ultimately benefit the company.
Assist and carry out other tasks given by Superior/Management. from time to time.
Comply with the organization policies, maintain and continually improve the ISO management system, meets and exceeds department objective, target and legal requirements relevant to job responsibilities.
Comply with the organizations health, safety, environmental and quality (HSEQ) policies, maintain and continually improve the HSEQ management system, meet and exceed where practicable, HSEQ objectives, targets and legal requirements relevant to job responsibilities, actively encourage the implementation of workplace improvements in HSEQ and continuously promote the concepts of HSEQ among subordinates and peers.
