Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Assist in resolving any operational administrative problems.
  • Answer calls / ws from customers regarding their inquiries.
  • Prepare and modify documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate operational jobs.
  • Maintain office supplies for department.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Do operational job.
  • Communicate with other team.
  • Able to communicate with English averagely.
