To provide clerical support and administrative responsibilities for the marketing department.
To prepare monthly report for digital ads spend.
Coordination work with internal department as well as suppliers and vendors.
Keep track of marketing materials inventory.
To distribute leads from websites, social media, and other media platforms.
Support internal marketing operations and activities.
To carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.
Responsible and ability to work independently.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
Knowledge of administrative record keeping.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
