Key Responsibilities- Arrange, attend and prepare minutes of meetings (HOD, AGM, JMC)
Monitor and liaise with authorities on renovation works (JMB, unit owners, tenants, contractors)- Coordinate with lawyers for necessary documents on subsale cases
Manage all licenses, agreements, permits and service contracts (JKKP, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, DBKL)
- Handle building fire insurance and coordinate with relevant divisions for reports and documents
Prepare Tenancy Agreements- Attend all complaints or queries from tenants, unit owners and contractors
Assist in conducting fire drills for tenants
- Handle other administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties if required
Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Building or Property Management or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years relevant working experience
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)- Well versed with Strata Management Act & Regulations and any other relevant Building Act
Independent, strong time management and good problem-solving skills
