Admin Manager/Assistant Manager (Fahrenheit 88)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange, attend and prepare minutes of meetings (HOD, AGM, JMC)
Monitor and liaise with authorities on renovation works (JMB, unit owners, tenants, contractors)
  • Coordinate with lawyers for necessary documents on subsale cases
Manage all licenses, agreements, permits and service contracts (JKKP, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, DBKL)
  • Handle building fire insurance and coordinate with relevant divisions for reports and documents
Prepare Tenancy Agreements
  • Attend all complaints or queries from tenants, unit owners and contractors
Assist in conducting fire drills for tenants
  • Handle other administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties if required
  • Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Building or Property Management or equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant working experience
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
  • Well versed with Strata Management Act & Regulations and any other relevant Building Act
Independent, strong time management and good problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,
  • 00 - RM7,500.00 per month

    Schedule:

    * Monday to Friday
