General Administration
Assist HR department in managing employee registrations and resignations processes
Maintain attendance records for all staff and warehouse part-timers
Manage inventory requests for Station
Manage basic bookkeeping duties including Stations business license, tenancy agreements and utilities bill
Maintain Station files and records to ensure they are updated and can be retrieved easily
Assist in maintaining and monitoring van maintenance records.
Manage records of staff expense claims.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
Manage inventory for fuel card & Touch n Go Card.
Documentation
Update and document walk-in cash sales reports
Update and manage staff overtime reports
Communications
Assist in pay slip distributions and payroll issues
Assist in memo distribution to Station
Follow up with requests from HR department pertaining to administrative matters
Communicate with HR department for hiring advertisements
Monitor incoming and outgoing packages for Station
