As we expand our operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Internship to join our team.
Admin Internship plays a pivotal role in the company's procurement process, ensuring the efficient and effective handling of tender documentation, submissions, and related administrative tasks. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Admin intern will collaborate with various departments to compile, review, and submit tender proposals accurately and on time.

Requirements:_
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.
Manage the entire lifecycle of tender documentation, including gathering, organizing, and maintaining files by company standards.
- Review tender documents to understand requirements, timelines, and submission guidelines.
Submit tender proposals through online portals or physical delivery channels, following specified procedures.- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the tender process, proposing and implementing enhancements where applicable.
Stay informed about industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in tender administration.
