Assist to maintain office supplies/amenities and place orders when necessary.- Assist to maintain the office's general cleanliness and tidiness, including organising and overseeing regular cleaning services.
Assist to prepare and distribute internal communications and announcements as needed.
- Assist to maintain safety equipment and general insurance administration.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, new employee on-boarding and maintaining employee records.
