-Assist in Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
-Assist in Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal files, HR databases, and systems.
-Assist in Manage employee benefits, attendance records, overtime and leave applications.
-Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
-Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
-Performs other duties as assigned.
2. Administration:-Handle management duties Oversee and perform administrative functions concerns and update calendar.
-To handle general office administrative works.
-To perform day-to day clerical work
-Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution.
-Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
-Assist in organizing company meetings.
-Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma Human resources, Administrative qualification or equivalent.
-Experience in administration and human resources will be an added advantage.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.
-Required skill(s): MS Excel & MS word, infotech
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
-Able to commence work immediately.
-Candidate who has transport will be an added advantage.
-Working Hour Monday to Saturday.
