Handles HR daily operations such as manpower planning, recruitment, disciplinary matters, training arrangement and general affairs.- Observe any changes in government regulation and to prepare and update necessary HR policies and procedure.
Assists with creating and updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
Implement performance management system that includes performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs.- Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
Maintains employee-related databases. Prepares and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested.
- Prepare HR letters including offer letter, confirmation letter, salary adjustment letter, warning letter, MEMO and so on.
To be in charge of foreign worker and expatriates employment pass application and renewal.- Handles medical claims, administer and monitors employee time management and leave system and handle payroll process using HR software.
Liaise with relevant government agencies and departments pertaining to the HR and statutory compliance.
- To perform office administrative duties.
To perform any tasks or assignments given by superior from time to time.
