Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Convert inquiries into sales.
  • Process & Confirm Orders.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Follow up with customers post delivery and handle any feedback.
  • Handle payments to vendors and reconcile client payment.
  • Manage documentation, including invoices and receipts.
  • Assis in stock count and manage stock count report.
  • Data entry on billing.
  • Support day to day office operations & administrative issues

Job Requirements

  • Able to read/ write in English
  • Skilled in Documentation management.
  • SPM level is welcome to apply
  • Positive attitude & willingness to learn new things
  • Required to work on weekends.
  • working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
  • working day: Wednesday to Sunday
