Hiring of Sales Support / Sales Coordinator - Working Day / Time : 8am 5pm (Monday Friday) , 8am 1pm (Sat)
Liaise with customer on the status of each order and delivery
Review company capability and meeting customers order requirement.
Feedback to customer in the event that company has capability problem in meeting customers requirements.
Preparation of Sales Quotation, Proforma invoice and sales invoices.
To obtain information related to customer perception.
To summarize and analyze customer survey to determine improvement needs.
To reply to customers complaints.
Work closely with operations and customer service groups.
Develop business plans, sales process, and strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
Maintain sales and activity reports.
Monitor customer debtors and follow up payment.
at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma in any field
- At least one (1) year of working experience in the similar capacity
Good customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills are a must- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
