Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Admin role at G Despatchhub Malaysia in Puchong. The Admin will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing phone etiquette, facilitating communication, assisting with executive administrative tasks, and utilizing clerical skills to support day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
  • Clerical Skills for efficient office management
  • Experience in coordinating administrative tasks
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with data entry and record keeping
