Role Description:
We are looking for an Admin & Finance Executive to support the business side of our company. This is a hybrid role, offering mostly remote work with potential bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with financial data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Aid in expense tracking and invoice management.
- Support HR administrative tasks such as employee onboarding, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Help maintain accurate employee records and databases.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as email correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing documents.
- Contribute to projects related to process improvement across departments.
- Collaborate with team members both remotely and offline as needed.

Qualifications:
- Prior internship or work experience in a related field
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment
