Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Office Management: Oversees daily operations of the office, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Handles correspondence, both internal and external, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintains and organizes files, documents, and databases.
  • Assistance to Management: Provides administrative support to executives and managers as needed.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepares financial reports and statements.
  • Accounting: Oversees accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensures timely payment and collection, reconciles accounts, and manages financial transactions.

Education

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experience

  • No prior experience required (on-the-job training will be provided).
  • Any internships or part-time roles in administration or finance will be an advantage but not necessary.

Skills

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Personal Attributes

  • A positive attitude, hardworking, and eager to learn.
  • Willingness to take initiative and handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Language Proficiency

  • Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
