Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in day to day operations, accounts and administrative tasks
  • Liaise and work closely with senior accounts manager
  • Process data-entry, record updating and documentation filing
  • Assist in preparing monthly payroll (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF,etc.)
  • Oversee daily administrative ad-hoc task as required
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of working experience in admin (is an advantage)
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Possess positive work attitude, good communication skill and able to multi task
