RESPONSIBILITIES:- Planning, organizing and controlling of overall warehouse operations.
Supervise and monitor the performance of employees.- Manpower planning and deployment to ensure smooth warehouse activities.
Ensure compliance of S.O.P and internal control policy and procedures.
- Organized monthly cycle count activity to maintain stock tidiness and accuracy.
Liaise with customer on Safety, Quality and Productivity requirements on a daily basis.- Support the operations by managing staffs, planning, organizing and implementing administrative systems.
To investigate and solve customers complaints.
- To maintain and practice good housekeeping and to ensure a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse.
Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, supply chain logistics management.
- At least 2-5 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Required skills in SQL knowledge or similar is an added advantage.- Good organizing skills and multi-tasking.
Strong planning skills in goods receiving and delivery.
- Required Language(s) : English & Bahasa Malaysia
