Job Responsibilities
- Provide efficient administrative support for the Engineering Department
Update Tech report in the system- Prepare weekly/monthly reports
Update and maintain inventory records and document filing
- Receiving calls, and handling requests and queries from Customer Service
Carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records- Assist storekeeper in managing inventory controls
Perform monthly/quarterly stock take
- Prepare warranty claims report
Record ASC spare parts requests and warranty claims- Support and follow up SIRIM inspection documents
Carry out duties as instructed by superior
Must be Malaysian
- Must be fluent in English Language and Bahasa Malaysia
Initiative to meet assigned goals, mission and objectives- Capable of compiling and analyzing data. Proficient in connecting large data sets from multiple sources, analyzing, and interpreting the data to drive business decisions.
Efficient time management skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision with strong attention to detail
- Must be computer literate (especially Microsoft excel)
Able to work in a fast pace environment- Team player and willing to work with other relating departments
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,- 00 - RM2,800.00 per month
