Provide general administrative support to ensure company operation undisrupted.
Managing and assisting day to day general administration tasks, such as keep track of order, generating purchase order and delivery order, data entry, filing, and etc. assigned by Superior.
Maintaining cleanliness and upkeeping of facilities, equipment and assets such as office alarm, phone, internet, door access, air conditioning, etc.
Maintain company's general items, such as groceries and perishable.
Manage and keep track postal & courier service delivery and pick up arrangement.
Assist in photocopying and printing documents.
To assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned, as and when required.
Job Requirements
At least One (1) year working experience in similar role will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, such as Microsoft Excel & Word.
Possess at least SPM and above.
Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Ability to work with a good sense of responsibility and independently.
