  • Handle Tenancy Agreement (New & Renewal)
Insurance policies renewal
  • Prepare internal and external correspondence
Take meeting minutes
  • Vet and check Payment Request Form before submission for Management approval
Maintain proper filing system
  • Job Requirement
Minimum 3 years of administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
Willingness to perform office management duties
  • Advance level written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to ask clarifying questions
Proactive approaches to problem-solving and decision-making capability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM3,300.00 per month
