Insurance policies renewal- Prepare internal and external correspondence
Take meeting minutes
- Vet and check Payment Request Form before submission for Management approval
Maintain proper filing system
Minimum 3 years of administrative support- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
Willingness to perform office management duties
- Advance level written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to ask clarifying questions
Proactive approaches to problem-solving and decision-making capability
